Understanding The Control Of Asbestos Regulations 2012

Its core is Regulation 4 (duty to manage on non-domestic premises), supported by rules on surveys, licensing, notifiable non-licensed work (NNLW), training, control of exposure, medical surveillance and record-keeping.
