Independent asbestos specialists

Independent asbestos surveying & advice.

Independent advice on the right survey, the right sampling and what to do next — from specialists who survey and sample, but never remove.

What we advise on

Three ways we advise, one independent perspective.

Duty-holder advice

Practical advice for landlords, managing agents and estates teams on the CAR 2012 duty to manage, registers and reinspection.

Survey scope advice

Independent advice on whether a management or refurbishment/demolition survey is appropriate — and what scope the works actually need.

FAQs

Independent advice — common questions.

How is advice different from a survey?

A survey identifies and assesses asbestos-containing materials at a single point in time. Advisory work is broader — reviewing an existing register, agreeing the right survey scope, or explaining what a report means for your property or project.

Do you offer fixed fees?

Yes. Advisory work is fixed-fee or capped-fee, scoped after a free initial call.

Can you help when a sale or mortgage is held up?

Yes. Where a HomeBuyer report or valuation flags possible asbestos, we can usually arrange sampling or the appropriate survey quickly and report back within 48–72 hours of the visit.

Speak to a qualified asbestos professional.

30-minute scoping call, no obligation. We come back inside 48 hours with a fixed-fee proposal.
