Asbestos Surveys for Builders & Property Professionals

Work can't safely proceed where suspect materials may be disturbed and the asbestos information isn't available. We survey, sample and report so your programme can start on a sound footing.

Services available

Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys

Intrusive survey of the areas being worked on, so materials that could be disturbed are identified and sampled before the programme starts.

Request a survey for a site

Tell us about the site and the work. We'll confirm the survey scope and price before anything is booked.

Photographs and drawings can be sent by WhatsApp or email once we've made contact.

Not sure which survey the works require? Use the survey selector.

Send a photo on WhatsApp

Uncovered something on site?

If you've uncovered a material you're concerned about, send us a photograph and some basic information about the property. We can advise whether sampling or a survey may be appropriate, and what it would cost.

A photograph cannot confirm whether a material contains asbestos. Appearance can sometimes indicate whether professional sampling or further investigation is sensible, but only laboratory analysis of a sample can confirm asbestos content.

Do not disturb, break or sweep up a material you suspect contains asbestos.
