What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They allow a website to recognise return visits and remember preferences.
What we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. routing, security). These do not require consent.
- Analytics (optional) — if enabled, Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity may set first-party cookies to measure aggregate site usage. No personal identifiers are stored.
- Marketing (optional) — if you accept marketing cookies, Google Ads measures whether an ad led to an enquiry or a phone call. When you then submit an enquiry form, the email address and phone number you entered are hashed (scrambled) in your browser and shared with Google solely to match that enquiry to an ad click (Google “enhanced conversions”). Nothing is shared for this purpose unless you have accepted marketing cookies.
Managing cookies
Your choice, and when you made it, is stored in your browser. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer; withdrawal applies immediately. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies may affect site functionality.
