How often do I need a re-inspection?
HSE guidance and CAR 2012 require the register to be kept up to date. In practice, annual re-inspection is the standard interval for most non-domestic estates — more frequent on high-risk or high-traffic sites.
Do you re-inspect registers written by other consultants?
Yes. We routinely take over re-inspection programmes from other consultancies. Where the existing register is incomplete we will flag this and propose a remediation programme.
How much does a re-inspection cost?
Re-inspections are typically priced per site based on the number of ACMs in the register and access constraints. We provide a fixed quote after a short scoping call.
Will you sample new suspect materials?
Yes — bulk samples can be taken during the re-inspection and analysed by an independent UKAS-accredited (ISO/IEC 17025) laboratory partner, typically with results inside 48 hours.
