Accreditations & memberships
The schemes, standards and bodies we work to.
Independent third-party accreditation matters because asbestos consultancy is high-stakes and easy to fake. We've grouped our accreditations by category. Current certificate numbers and copies are available to clients at tender stage.
In the UK, asbestos work is governed by the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and HSE guidance documents HSG264 (surveying) and HSG248 (analysts' guide). Choosing an accredited consultancy means your duty-holder obligations are evidenced by independent oversight — not self-declared — and that surveys, sampling and analysis follow methods that stand up to HSE scrutiny, insurer review and tribunal-level challenge.
What memberships and associations mean for you: they signal that we sit inside the recognised UK asbestos community — bound by published codes of conduct, ongoing CPD, peer scrutiny and complaints procedures. Membership of bodies such as BOHS, RICS or IOSH-linked groups gives clients a route to verify competence, escalate concerns and confirm that the people writing your survey reports are qualified individuals — not just a logo on a letterhead.
This page is maintained by Elements Surveying Group. Claims about accreditations, certifications, named individuals, awards or third-party endorsements are owner-edited content — not independent verification. Certificates and references are supplied to clients on request at tender stage.
