Intrusive inspection of areas to be altered, sampling of suspect materials, floor-plan-linked report.
Re-inspection
6- or 12-monthly re-inspection of previously identified ACMs, updated risk scores and photos.
Air testing
PCM reassurance monitoring following clearance or minor disturbance, results within 24 hours.
Management plan
