Challenge
Theatres could only be released in short windows between clinical lists, and the HVAC upgrade needed complete confidence in ceiling void ACMs.

Refurbishment survey to HSG264 across theatre ceilings, ducts, plant rooms and roof-level HVAC plant, phased around clinical activity.
