Yes. Where it is arranged beforehand, our surveyor can collect keys from an estate or letting agent, carry out the survey and return them afterwards, so you do not have to attend. Key-safe access can also be accommodated. Weekday and Saturday appointments are available subject to surveyor schedules.

Do you sell asbestos removal?

No. Elements Surveying Group carries out asbestos surveying, inspection and sampling only. Because we do not sell removal, our reports set out what is present, its condition and the proportionate options — including leaving material in place and managing it under a register.
