Yes. Intrusive inspection in a listed building is planned in advance so opening-up is kept to the minimum needed and reinstatement is agreed beforehand. Anything we could not access is recorded in the report as a presumption rather than left unstated.
Reports are normally issued within 48–72 hours of the survey, once laboratory analysis is complete. If your deadline is tighter than that, say so at quotation stage and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
