Yes. City instructions are usually delivered outside core hours under the building's permit-to-work regime. We provide RAMS, insurance details and surveyor credentials to building management in advance so induction and access are cleared before the attendance date.
How are commercial surveys priced compared with the residential guide prices?
The published guide prices cover flats and houses. Office floors, retail units and whole buildings are priced on floor area, number of rooms and services, the degree of intrusion required and any out-of-hours working — confirmed in writing after a short scoping call, before anything is booked.
