What is included
A fixed quotation covers the qualified surveyor visit, all reasonably required samples within the agreed survey scope, UKAS-accredited laboratory analysis and the full HSG264 report with register, photographs, plan drawings, risk scores and recommendations.
What can push the cost up
Property size, scope, difficult access, out-of-hours attendance and significant travel can affect the quotation. Every applicable cost is confirmed before booking; additional necessary samples within the agreed survey scope do not increase the price.
