Elements Surveying Group specialises in asbestos surveying, sampling and independent advice. We do not sell asbestos removal services, so our survey recommendations remain focused on the condition, risk and appropriate management of the material identified.
Where removal or remedial work is genuinely required, we explain what that normally involves and what a licensed contractor would need — then leave you free to appoint whoever you choose.

Danbury is a hilltop village with large detached houses, inter-war and post-war homes and surrounding farms and rural businesses.
Instructions range from single-material sampling for homeowners and buyers to management surveys for occupied premises and refurbishment and demolition surveys for contractors planning works.
Management asbestos surveys — for shops, rural business premises and farm buildings. The survey follows HSG264 and produces an asbestos register with material and priority risk scores.
Refurbishment and demolition (R&D) surveys — before replacement dwellings, extensions, barn conversions and house refurbishments. The survey is intrusive within the agreed scope, so the contractor can price and plan the work safely.
Asbestos testing and bulk sampling — where only one or two materials are in question, a BOHS P402 qualified surveyor collects samples under controlled conditions and they are analysed in a UKAS-accredited laboratory. Re-inspections keep an existing register current, recording any change in condition and the recommended actions.

Samples are analysed in a UKAS-accredited laboratory to ISO/IEC 17025. Elements Surveying Group is an independent surveying consultancy — we do not operate the laboratory, and we do not sell asbestos removal, so nothing in a report is written to win removal work.
Reports are typically issued within 48–72 hours of the survey visit, once laboratory analysis is complete.
No. Elements is based in London and our surveyors travel to Danbury for each booking. Surveys are scheduled centrally and quoted at a fixed price before we attend.
No. Elements Surveying Group carries out asbestos surveying, re-inspection and bulk sampling only. Because we do not sell removal, our reports set out what is present, its condition and the proportionate options — including leaving material in place and managing it under a register.
A demolition survey of the whole building is required before demolition, identifying all asbestos that must be dealt with first.
